Leadership Lab
All of us lead somewhere; in our family, in our neighborhood, in our school, in our church, at our work. But, leadership is challenging. Join us at Leadership Lab and develop your leadership skills for life, work or ministry. Together, we will study key theology subjects (sin, salvation, Jesus, sanctification, Holy Spirit), learn more about the Bible and increase our effectiveness through leadership skills and practices. Each week we will have a small group format, workbook with assignments and great teaching.
The fall semester is focused on Theology and will meet weekly for eight weeks. The spring semester covers leadership skills. Both semesters are needed to complete the course and can be taken in any order.
We are so committed to helping you develop as a leader, that Chase Oaks covers the cost of this course for you and childcare is provided with pre-registration. All current LifeGroup leaders, ministry volunteers and team leaders are strongly encouraged to participate in this development opportunity.
