Pacesetter Eagle

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Pacesetter picPacesetters is led and operated by a staff of dedicated and caring volunteers whose mission is to embrace children and youth with special needs as well as their families, by providing them with a loving, safe, Christ-centered environment. Pacesetters is a place where all children feel welcomed and are encouraged to grow in their unique understanding of God.

We offer two types of services for a child with special needs:

Pacesetters Pals

In the Pacesetters Pals program your child will be incorporated into a classroom and will have a Pal who will stay with them throughout the service. Pals are members of our volunteer staff who commit weekly to nurturing, loving, teaching and caring for our children who require individual assistance in the typical classroom setting.

The Eagle's Nest

The Eagle's Nest is an alternative classroom specially designed for our children who are uncomfortable or unable to be part of the typical classroom. Each service is led by a certified special education teacher who is assisted by a team of well-trained, caring individuals. Every volunteer who works in Pacesetters has passed a background check.
